Villa Emilio occupies a glorious south-facing plot on one of Ibiza’s most prestigious urbanisations, Vista Alegre. Finca Vianca is a beautiful newly renovated farmhouse located in the Morna Valley in the stunning North of Ibiza. Nestled in the campo at the end of its very own drive in a peaceful location, yet only 5 minutes drive away from the charming and authentic village of San Carlos. Upstairs, there is a wonderful outdoor terrace/chill out area with far reaching sea views. The architecture of the house is very typically Ibicencan with the 6 stone arches at the front of the house and striking pink bougainvillea covering the facade. The 4 double bedrooms are spacious and all have air conditioning, they are furnished with soft linens to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The 4 bathrooms have been beautifully designed, with a micro cement finish, brushed bronze and gold accessories and a selection of onyx, marble and stone sinks - with one bathroom featuring a very large bathtub.
